2016!!!

Hi lovelies!

We're now a whole week into 2016, i can't believe it!

Now that 2015 is out of the way and we all get a fresh new beginning, i am going to share with you a few changes that i have made lifestyle wise for the new year ahead. I'll also be including one or two lifestyle changes that i think you guys might be interested in, that i haven't actually done myself (i don't have a lot of will power).

So lets begin!

1. I am a smoker. Well, i was a smoker. The start of the new year seemed like the perfect opportunity to pack in the nasty habit and get my lungs back in good working order. Not only will this improve my health, but it also ties in with another chance i have made to the lifestyle that i aim to live.

2. The gym. I am one of those people who joins a gym, goes for a few weeks and then ends up paying for a monthly membership that doesn't get used. However, this year as a university student i have lots of friends that also have memberships. Hopefully this will be the motivation i need to stick to it this time!

Joining a gym is a great way to make yourself feel good, and it'll get you that bikini bod you're after for the summer! It's a win-win really.

3. Going vegan. Obviously this isn't something that is practical for a lot of people as meat, dairy and other animal by-products are a big part of a persons everyday life. I found that when i lived at home it was near impossible for me to go vegan, or even vegetarian as the rest of family do eat meat and cooking completely separate meals for me just wasn't practical. If this is something you feel like you'd enjoy though, then i say go for it!!

4. This isn't something that i am currently doing, however when university finishes in the summer i definitely want to find a hobby that interests me, and that i can do weekly. Hobbies are also a great way of making new friends and meeting a wide variety of people!

There are tons more lifestyle changes that you can take up, but these are just a few which i found to be relevant and interesting!
